DJ Night in Buzz

​Come to the final DJ event of the year! They're escaping the cold weather by moving to Buzz, for another night of your local DJs spinning awesome tunes, and special cheap drinks for Jason Cho's farewell.  The music will start around 11pm.

​Two nights of fun at MJs this weekend!  Friday and Saturday, there will be featured music and free cocktail giveaways.  If you’re up for a bit of future house/deep house/deep techno music, come join the fun at MJs.

International Chopsticks Festival

​From November 11th through December 17th, Cheongju is hosting to a variety of events celebrating the International Chopsticks Festival.   Korea, Japan, and China will be simultaneously celebrating the 2000 year anniversary of the chopsticks. 
 
The events kicked off on 11/11 (because the date looks like 4 chopsticks!). At the Cheongju Historic Museum of Baekje (청주백제유물전시관) in Shinbong-dong, there is an exhibition about chopsticks from the 3 countries that displays ornate and historically-significant chopsticks. The exhibition is from 9:00am to 5:00pm daily until December 17th.
